Who We Accept as a Customer

Orders and CDMO projects are limited to verifiable companies, licensed manufacturers, and recognized academic or government research organizations. At onboarding we typically require:

A business or institutional street address (not a residence)
A company or institutional email domain
Enough detail for Sinopep to confirm the organization and the intended use

Residential or personal submissions are declined.

Fraud and Impersonation

Sinopep is aware of people and websites that copy our name, quote our catalog-style product lists, or pose as business-development staff.
If a message, invoice, or payment request arrives from someone claiming to be Sinopep:

Match the email domain and phone number to this page.
Do not pay, share banking details, or send documents until that match is confirmed.
